BICSA concludes the process of delivery and receipt of the position of PRESIDENT

In yesterday afternoon, Banco Internacional de Comercio S.A. says with farewell affection to the outgoing President José L. Alari Martínez, who was the main leader for 6 and a half consecutive years.

In an official act, counting with the presence of the Delivery Commission of the Central Bank of Cuba, chaired by Yamile Berra, the Final Act of Delivery and Receipt of the Position of President of BICSA was made, giving the title of President of BICSA to Ania Carnero Manresa , former Vice President.

Yamile Berra proceeded to read the general report of position  delivery, which highlighted the effectiveness of the delivery process with the collaboration of the center's workers, that’s concluded in the established time.

Significant BICSA ´aspects were recognized, such as the progress in the organization of essential areas of work, particularly in the Direction of Letters of Credit and in the strengthening of internal control, such is the case of the creation of an important group of tests and reviews. The commission also recognized the work that BICSA has been developing in aspects such as motivation, belonging sense and commitment of the working group; participatory management, teamwork, cohesion, identification of values and work with young people. Some problems were also identified with which the incoming President must work with the support of the executives  and all the workers.

For a second moment, a floral bouquet and a Cuban art painting was delivery to Mr. President, by his wife hands, these presents were given in gratitude for his immeasurable work towards the Cuban Banking System.

Moment later, the president of the ANEC of BICSA, read words of farewell.

As a conclusion, the moderator gave way to the words of the outgoing president, who filled the center's workers with emotion.
